Returns

We are pleased to accept returns within 60 days of receipt. A full refund for the cost of the goods will be issued, provided that the items are unused, unopened, and in a saleable condition. When returning items, please ensure they are packed securely, and if possible, include your original invoice/packing slip or your name and address with postcode. Additionally, please include a note specifying whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If you prefer an exchange, kindly indicate the items you wish to receive in place of those you are returning.

 

Please note that we are unable to accept the return of patterns, leaflets, or books due to copyright restrictions. Only unopened balls of yarn and unopened yarn packs and needlecraft kits in a resalable condition can be returned. Yarn purchased as part of a colour pack cannot be returned unless the entire pack is returned unused.

If you have requested an exchange, we will dispatch the replacement items to the original address provided, unless you specify a different address (again, contingent on the returned items being unused, unopened, and in a saleable condition). Should there be a difference in payment, we will refund the difference to your original payment method. If additional payment is required (for instance, if the replacement items are of higher value than those returned), we will contact you by phone or email to arrange this.

 

Customers are responsible for the costs associated with returning goods, and we recommend obtaining proof of postage.

 

Please be aware that we cannot refund any postage costs incurred from the original order.

 

Faulty/Damaged Items:

If you encounter any issues with your purchase, whether they are faulty or damaged, please contact us to initiate the returns process. We may request photographs of the items in question, as we may need to liaise with our couriers or suppliers regarding the issue. Please report any concerns within two months of receiving your order.

 

Once we have confirmed that the item(s) are faulty, we will offer you either a replacement or a refund. You may be required to return the item(s) to us, and we will provide you with a prepaid returns label.

Europe and Rest of World:

The return address is the same as above, and you will be liable for the cost of shipping the goods back to us whether they are faulty or not. Please accept our apologies, we do not have a freepost returns address available for international customers. Please ensure the parcel is marked as 'Returned Goods' to prevent any unnecessary charges.

 

Digital Downloads:

We are unable to accept returns of digital patterns unless there is a fault. In the case of a fault with digital pattern downloads, please contact us within 60 days of purchase. It is your responsibility to download the pattern(s) and check for faults within this period. We will not be able to issue a refund after this time.

 

Printed Books & Patterns:

We are unable to accept returns of any printed patterns, booklets or books due to copyright laws.

 

 

Legal Information:

In addition to our Returns and Refunds Policy, please be informed that under the Consumer Contract (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving any goods. Please note that cancellations must apply to the entire order; partial cancellations are not permitted. If you choose to exercise this statutory right, we will provide a full refund for the goods as well as the original delivery costs. This refund will be processed once we receive the items back in a resalable condition. To cancel your order, you must notify us in writing (an email is acceptable) within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods. Your notification should include your order number and relevant details regarding the cancellation. Please be aware that your email or letter will be considered received on the date it is sent. All returned goods should be sent back in their original, undamaged packaging along with the original invoice. Please note that if you have purchased digital goods from us, such as digital patterns, you will be unable to cancel your order once those digital goods have been downloaded.
